As situated, the structure does not meet numerous zoning requirements, including but not limited to, setbacks, the build-to depth for the street frontage, the active depth, and transparency requirements. I do not see how this structure can meet the City of Pomona zoning requirements in its current location. It would appear that the structure would need to be relocated on the site and the front facade redesigned, just to have a chance at meeting our zoning requirements. Home has been red tagged by City.
