Nightly rate may vary depending on week rented and time of year. Rental Description The Villas at the Grand Del Mar is the premier vacation rental opportunity in San Diego. The Villas provides a home environment in which many can gather while providing the convenience and luxuries of an award-winning luxury resort. Daily housekeeping is provided and feel secure with 24-hour security, front desk, and engineering services. The Villas features 4,500 to 5,000 square feet of masterfully appointed living. Each villa accommodates 8 adults comfortably in 3 bedrooms and 4 ½ baths. Allow the dedicated Villas Concierge to stock the full gourmet kitchen with fresh groceries of your choosing or assist in arranging a private chef to delight you and your guests. You and your family can also bring the cooking outside, each villa backyard features a barbeque, outdoor dining accommodations, a private hot tub, and firepit or fireplace. Villa guests have access to all the resort amenities including the tennis pavilion, fitness center and classes, sparkling pools, dining, and discounted golf rates. Each villa includes a personal golf cart for guests to conveniently access all the outlets throughout the resort. The Grand Del Mar has over 400 acres to explore with nature trails to hike on foot or ride through on horseback. After a day of exploring the beautiful property and sunny San Diego, unwind in the Villas movie theater or the Pelton© appointed gyms (gyms in Loggia Villas only). The dedicated Villas Team looks forward to welcoming you to the Villas at the Grand Del Mar. Short-term stay rates range from $3000 to $6000 per night (depending on dates and length of stay).
